Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a refund, subject to a 5% deduction as payment processing charges on the gross room tariff (before taxes). Cancellations are not applicable once the guest has checked in.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations made within 0 to 24 hours prior to the check-in time will qualify for a partial refund, with a 20% deduction on the gross room tariff (before taxes).
  • If the duration of stay is reduced after check-in, a partial refund may be issued with a 50% deduction on the gross room tariff (before taxes)

Refund policy

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking channels. Mandara Residency reserves the right to assess applicable deductions as per the cancellation terms mentioned above.
